Postage and Packaging

Please contact me to discuss the most suitable method for your region.

 

Your order will be packaged with the utmost care, being placed within a cardboard box in plenty of layers of bubble wrap and corner protectors. 

 

If you buy more than one item they will still be packaged individually to keep them as safe as possible.

 

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days.

 

Shipping within the UK 

 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

 

Prints are shipped via Royal Mail. 

Framed pieces have part of the shipping included in the product price and are shipped via ipostparcels part of DHL.

Delivery of framed pieces will be tracked with a tracking number sent to you once its departed my side, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch.

If your order doesn’t show up please let me know and I will get onto it. 

 

Returns/ Exchange

 

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase please notify me as soon as possible (within 48 hours) by email.

 

Items will need to be returned in perfect condition (within 14 days), with the order number and customer details. Any items returned after this can only be exchanged. 

 

If the item arrives damaged I will refund the full purchase price once the item has been returned. Please contact me so we can discuss this further. 

 

All return costs are to be paid by the customer unless the product has been damaged in transit. 

 

Fold Em’ is not responsible for returned items which fail to be delivered.
